Caribbean Coolers - Reservations

Reservations and Payment Information

Caribbean Coolers recommends you reserve your machine at least two weeks or more prior to your event. However, during peak times such as: July 4^th, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day, Super Bowl, Halloween, New Year’s Eve, and Christmas; you may need to book your order sooner.

If you're ready to make your reservation, please complete the following information and we will contact you with a price quote and confirmed availability. A $50.00 deposit is all that is required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If your reservation is cancelled, the $50.00 deposit will be applied to your next rental.

Payment Information

Caribbean Coolers accepts payment by Cash or Check.

We require the payment in full upon picking up the machine.

Things to Remember

Power must be available upon delivery. Minimum requirements are 110 volt 20 amp dedicated circuit.
Water must be available upon delivery. Chilled water works best!
You must supply your own alcohol, if desired.
If using alcohol, please have it available when we deliver the frozen drink machine for your event. That way you will be assured that your first delicious batch is properly set up. Alcohol cannot be added directly into the machine. It must be mixed with the batch prior to being poured into the machine.
Please remember that drinking and driving is illegal and dangerous. Be a responsible host and be sure your guests have a designated driver. Caribbean Coolers accepts no responsibility for any alcohol added to drink mixes by the Customer.
Using any other mix in our machines is prohibited and the Customer accepts fully responsibility for any damages caused to equipment. In addition, Caribbean Coolers will not guarantee the quality of these drinks.
Caribbean Coolers accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from misuse of equipment by Customer, including movement of equipment or other alteration of equipment as installed by Caribbean Coolers. The Customer assumes complete and full financial responsibility for the equipment, including liability for misuse and payment for repair in case the equipment is damaged through neglect or misuse.
Keep the machine in the shade if you're using it outside, during the day.
If you plan to supply your own glassware or plastic cups, we recommend that they hold no more than 10 ounces. Larger cups will lead to waste as people hold the drinks till they melt, then pour them out and get a refill.
You can save any leftover frozen drink you might have in containers or freezer bags and store it in your freezer. They are certainly good later and you won't have any waste.
