Our Rental Package includes:

• An easy to use, high-capacity, high-volume, and fast freezing frozen drink machine.
• Free delivery and next day pick-up*.
• Set-up of the machine, including instructions on how to operate it.
• Cart and an “approved” extension cord, if needed.
• Decorative cart skirting.
• Your first batch of frozen drink mix. You can choose from a number of mixes. We'll even help you mix your first batch of drinks.
• A 5-gallon mixing container to mix it all together.
• Laminated operating and mixing instructions.
• 50 plastic cups and straws to get you started.
• Salt-rimmer with salt, if needed.
• Support number.
• Cleaning of your frozen drink machine.
• The only thing we do not provide is the power, alcohol and water!

 *Please check with us when making your reservation to determine if you’re within the free delivery area.  Pick-up will be the next day.  If same day pick-up is needed, an additional charge will be applied. 

How Many Machines and Mixes will I need?

To determine the number of machines required and the quantity of mix for your party, our experience has shown that on average each guest drinks between 2-3 frozen drinks.  This means that usually for about every 25 people at your party you will go through a batch of mix.  This is a pretty consistent rule of thumb and is very accurate even if you are serving other refreshments as well.  Each batch of drinks will make approximately 50 to 75-eight ounce drinks, depending on whether you are serving alcoholic or non-alcoholic recipes. 

Our experience shows that usually more than half of your guests will drink frozen drinks if offered a choice.  As a result of this, you can probably get by with providing less beer, wine or soda at your party!

Just in case your guests are thirstier than estimated, we leave you with extra mixes of your choice.  Upon pick of the machine, you will only be billed for those mixes opened.

Only Caribbean Cooler supplied mixes are to be used.  Our machines have been calibrated with these mixes to provide the right frozen consistency that keeps the machine from getting damaged due to freeze-ups.  We cannot guarantee the quality of drinks served if other mix is used, as well as, any machine damage caused by other mixes is the responsibility of the Customer.

Prices

We use high quality, dependable machines.  Best of all, they are extremely easy to use. When we deliver the machine, every step in the process will be explained to you.  If your event is taking place shortly after delivery, we will be there personally as you mix your first batch (your alcohol, if you intend to add it, must be available at this time).  We will also leave behind easy to follow instructions for mixing subsequent batches and a support number for any unanticipated problems.

• Daily rental: $140.00
• Multiple machine rental: $99.00 for each ‘additional’ machine/per day 
• First drink mix: FREE
• Extra drink mixes (if opened): $20.00 each. 
• Extra cups and straws: $5.00 each quantity of 50
• Extra salt: $3.00 each
• Outdoor 10x10 canopy rental: $20.00. Makes a great addition for hot sunny days!
• Delivery fee for those deliveries outside the free delivery area, please call.
• Late Night pickups: $25.00 extra
• No show pickup fee: $25.00 minimum
  • If we arrive at the specified time and you are not there within 15 minutes, a minimum late fee of $25.00 will be added to your total cost.  Additional fees may be imposed if rental is outside the free delivery zone.

We also offer gift certificates.  They make great gifts for both friends and family.  Perhaps, even a door prize give away at your party!
